Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery on our courier's website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage in your email.
