However, due to the handmade nature of our leather goods, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4. Personalisation & Bespoke Orders

Personalised and bespoke items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Please carefully review your personalisation details before confirming your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors in text provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that contain offensive or inappropriate content.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet these timescales, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or customs processing. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
